Marketing/Internship II AM/PM
The Core of Marketing Education contains the practices
and principles that comprise the discipline. There are numerous careers within
the area, with excellent opportunities for advancement. Students are introduced
to the functions and fundamentals of marketing as well as marketing utilities.
The marketing internship component of the program allows students to receive
on-the-job training through approved training stations. Marketing education
is a one year course. Students receive one hour credit for the marketing
class and two hours credit for the internship component of the program.
Goals of the Course:
Understand and apply marketing, management, and entrepreneurial principles.
Make rational economic decisions.
Exhibit social responsibility in a global economy.
Develop problem solving and creative thinking skills.
Improve communication skills.
