Automotive Technology I Auto Technology I    AM/PM Automotive Technology I is designed as an introduction to automotive technology. This course is for the student who desires to enter the automotive business as a vocation and has a strong aptitude toward mechanical skills. Students spend 30% of the course in the classroom with the majority of their time spent in the shop atmosphere. They work in small groups on the diagnosis and repair of the vehicle. During the course, each student has an opportunity to work in all phases of auto technology.
